Itinerary

  • In the morning we will take a panoramic tour of london by bus, where we will visit the neighborhoods of westminster, kensington, mayfair, and belgravia. we will stop to photograph the parliament, westminster abbey, big ben, the london eye, the royal albert hall, and the albert memorial. additionally, we will have the opportunity to see the changing of the guard at buckingham palace (subject to operation on that day). we will drive through the west end (theatre and restaurant district), piccadilly circus and trafalgar square, and highly representative cultural areas such as: the natural history museum, the victoria & albert museum, the science museum, and the national gallery. this tour will end at buckingham palace around 11:45 am and you will have the rest of the day free in london to discover more about this magnificent city. bed and breakfast at the president hotel, royal national hotel or similar.

  • We will leave london heading northwest until we reach the university city of oxford, where we will take a short walking tour to admire its magnificent university colleges. the university of oxford, besides being highly prestigious, is the oldest in the english-speaking world. from oxford we will head to stratford-upon-avon, a charming city on the banks of the river avon and the birthplace of the playwright william shakespeare. in this beautiful town, we will take a panoramic tour and stop for lunch. then we continue north until we reach the walled city of chester for a walking tour. we will leave to take a panoramic tour of liverpool, the birthplace of the most famous rock band: the beatles, and european capital of culture in 2008. in liverpool we find one of the largest ports in england, with the well-known "albert dock" area. dinner, bed and breakfast at the maldron hotel liverpool, delta by marriott liverpool city centre, mercure liverpool atlantic tower or similar.

  • Our journey will take us towards the northwest of england through the lake district, a past source of inspiration for english poets and writers like beatrix potter, and currently a paradise for nature lovers due to its wide variety of flora and fauna. skirting lake grasmere, we will cross the border into scotland at gretna green (famous for its history of runaway weddings), where we will have free time for lunch. we will continue north and make a brief visit to one of the largest cities in the united kingdom: glasgow. you will be captivated by its victorian architecture and unique charm. affectionately nicknamed "glasvegas," this city offers a perfect blend of culture, shopping, dining, and nightlife. bed and breakfast at the novotel glasgow, radisson red glasgow hotel, maldron hotel glasgow or similar.

  • We will leave glasgow, driving along the beautiful shores of loch lomond, the largest lake in great britain by surface area. next, we will enter the scottish highlands. we will pass through the majestic mountain landscapes of glencoe, an impressive valley that guards in its silence stories of forbidden romance, unforgettable betrayals, and epic battles between ancient scottish clans. we will arrive at fort william, a picturesque town located at the foot of ben nevis, where we will have free time for lunch. in the afternoon, we will reach the famous loch ness in search of its ancient guest, "nessie." you will have the opportunity to take a boat cruise on loch ness (optional), and then we will visit the ruins of urquhart castle. we will depart along the shores of the lake towards inverness, the capital of the highlands, where upon arrival we will take a panoramic tour to see the city's main sights, such as inverness castle and its cathedral. dinner, bed, and breakfast at the macdonald aviemore hotel, highland hotel, coylumbridge, highlander hotel in aviemore or similar in the area.

  • After breakfast, we will head through mid-mountain landscapes towards pitlochry. there, we will visit a whisky distillery, where we will learn about its production method and taste the scottish national drink. we will continue our journey towards callander and stirling, where one of the most important clashes of the wars of independence between scotland and england took place. the battle of stirling bridge (known through the movie braveheart) in 1297 was william wallace's greatest victory and made him the undisputed leader of the resistance against the english. we will visit stirling castle, situated on a rocky promontory with breathtaking views. free time for lunch. next, we will proceed to edinburgh, where we will take a panoramic tour of the city before arriving at our hotel. tonight, you will have the chance to participate in a scottish dinner accompanied by traditional scottish folklore (optional). bed and breakfast at the holiday inn express edinburgh city centre, hampton by hilton edinburgh, holiday inn edinburgh zoo or similar.

  • City tax: In 2027, a local tourist tax (visitor levy) will be applied in cities like Edinburgo, Glasgow, and Liverpool, aimed at improving infrastructure and tourism services. in these three cities, the cost will be covered exclusively by anglovision. in the event that other locations included in the itinerary with an overnight stay implement a similar tax, these charges will not be covered and must be paid directly by the traveler.
  • Annual labour party conference in Liverpool: due to this annual conference, the tour hotel could change to Manchester or its surroundings in case of high demand. this event usually takes place in the month of september.
