  • Day 3 (departure from Edinburgh): Clients will have to be ready at the hotel reception at 08:20 for the tour to depart at 08:30, having previously checked-out at the hotel.
  • Due to the high demand for hotels in the summer months in Scotland, unfortunately we cannot guarantee accommodation on the Isle of Skye. This will affect some of the departures on which clients will be accommodated at the Gairloch Hotel (in Gairloch or similar). The itinerary will be modified in such a way that clients enjoy more time on the Isle of Skye on day 6 of the itinerary, minimizing the impact of the change by not staying overnight on the Island. This change can be notified up to 30 days before departure of the tour.
  • Due to the high demand in Scotland for the months of June, July, August and September, there is the possibility that some dates may be affected and may generate changes in the planned hotels or similar to those published. It is possible that on certain dates the tour will run in reverse, ie the tour would depart Edinburgh on the 2nd and spend two nights in Edinburgh at the end of the tour (including the City Panoramic). These changes would be notified in advance.
  • Cancellation policies In case of cancellation for individual reservations (less than 5 rooms per reservation) the penalty will be the following - Between 11 and 24 days before departure 25% - Between 2 and 10 days before departure 60% - Less than 48 hours or “no presentation” 100%
